Gwen, Office Manager, oversees the day-to-day operations for the office, ensuring that office policies, procedures, and plans are executed in a smooth and expeditious manner. Key responsibilities include financial, administrative duties, and personnel management. Her role is crucial to keep the flow of business smooth and consistent.
Staci, Registered Nurse (RN), has over five years of experience in nursing. She is Dr. Delatte’s clinical nurse therefore she will meet with you during your pre-operative visits, prepare you for surgery and will see you at your post-operative visits. In addition, Staci has extensive experience and expertise in the administration and delivery of the different treatment modalities of aesthetic rejuvenation. Staci will be involved in all aspects of your care and will oversee and manage your individual care needs.
Ginger, Certified Surgical Technician (CST), has over seven years of experience in the operating room. She is an invaluable resource during the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative recovery time. In addition to assisting Dr. Delatte in the operating room, she makes sure all medical equipment and supplies are readily available for your surgery. Dr. Delatte has worked with her for many years and enjoys having her assist during your cosmetic surgery.
Janee, Aesthetician, brings 10 years experience in Medical Aesthetic skin care. She keeps up with the latest skin care treatments by attending seminars and workshops on a regular basis and has advanced training certification in laser treatments, fillers, BOTOX® and Chemical Peels.
Her knowledge and experience combined with her commitment to listen to the needs of her patients allows her to formulate a personalized plan for optimal patient satisfaction. One of Janee's assets is that she is compassionate and truly wants the best treatment for each of her patients.
Lisa and Jan, Front Desk Administrators. When you call or visit our office, you will be greeted by Lisa or Jan. Their friendly manner and warm smile will put you at ease. Both Lisa and Jan are responsible for greeting our patients, answering our phones, scheduling appointments and maintaining our medical records and business office. As this position is one of the most pivotal people in our office, they will help guide you through the process from initial appointment to surgery to follow-up appointments.
Jennifer, Billing Coordinator, has years of experience in dealing with insurance issues. Her experience in talking with patients is evident in the way she can make people feel at ease. Cosmetic surgery is typically not covered by health insurance. However, insurance companies will cover or partially cover the cost of certain procedures such as breast reduction and breast reconstruction to name a couple. We understand that filing insurance claims is complicated and we happily provide this service for our patients. Jennifer will make every effort to ensure that your insurance process is a pleasant, informative, and positive experience.
